Orders can be tracked on the web app, by track order option on web.
If a shipment is lost in our network, we immediately intimate your merchant with the shipment status. Please get in touch with your merchant.
When the shipment is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS with the details and the will be attempted to be delivered to you anytime between 10:00AM to 8:00PM on that day. In case the delivery agent is unable to reach you, delivery will be re-attempted
Slotted delivery is currently not available, however we can coordinate with delivery agent to check feasibility.
You can view the contact number for the delivery agent on the OFD message or in the tracking portal
You can opt for contactless delivery from the tracking link where you can choose who to leave the shipment with, else you can also inform the delivery agent on call. In case of cash on delivery shipments, the payment needs to be made from the webapp as well
