At Shadowfax, we understand that a thriving workforce is not just built on performance, but on well-being too. As one of the top logistics companies in India, we operate in a fast-paced environment that demands agility, precision, and consistency. But just as important as delivering on time is ensuring our people feel supported, balanced, and mentally well. That’s why we’ve been taking meaningful steps to support the mental well-being of our team members across regions.
From structured wellness programs to expert-led seminars, our initiatives are built to create a healthier work culture. Here’s a closer look at how we’re making mental wellness a priority across our logistics service operations.
In our Mumbai Regional Office, we’ve introduced Sitting Yoga sessions designed specifically for the workplace. Led by Dr. Purvi Mehta, a certified yoga trainer, these sessions are tailored to help employees relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and recharge mentally, all without leaving their desks.
The sessions are easy to follow, making them perfect for logistics professionals who often have limited time for long breaks. The response has been very encouraging. Eighteen employees participated in the latest session, many of whom reported feeling noticeably refreshed and more focused after the experience.
This initiative reflects our belief that small steps can lead to big changes. By integrating wellness into everyday routines, we aim to promote a culture where taking care of mental health is not only accepted but encouraged.
In our Delhi offices and across the wider network, mental wellness support has gone beyond one-off activities. We have partnered with Tulasi Healthcare to provide confidential mental health services to all employees. This includes:
The initiative ensures that every team member, whether working in logistics planning or last-mile delivery, has access to expert support whenever they need it.
The highlight so far has been the recent seminar conducted at the Gurgaon Regional Office on 23rd May 2025. Organised in collaboration with professional mental health practitioners, the session focused on stress management, emotional balance, and work-life harmony.
With over 90% of employees attending, the session received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Employees shared how the insights from the seminar helped them understand their mental health better and apply practical techniques in daily life. Suggestions and ideas shared by participants have been collected for future planning.
We’re not stopping here. Encouraged by the growing participation and feedback, we’re lining up a series of new initiatives focused on:
Our goal is to create a space where mental wellness is woven into the very fabric of Shadowfax. We believe that by taking care of our employees, we are also strengthening our logistics service, building more reliable operations, and becoming the best logistics company in India, not just in output, but in culture too.
As one of the leading Indian logistics companies, Shadowfax recognises that its people are its greatest asset. By investing in their mental well-being, we are investing in a future that’s not just efficient but also emotionally healthy. Whether it’s yoga in Mumbai, seminars in Delhi, or confidential counselling available round-the-clock, our wellness programs are a step toward a happier, more resilient workforce.
Because in the end, logistics is about connection. And at Shadowfax, we’re committed to strengthening that connection—not just between places, but between people too.
