Images are shared with the wholesaler, which enables customers to receive refunds as quickly as 4 hours compared to 7 to 10 days.

• KYC and Document collection — This is a crucial service for all banking and financial services, mandated by the government. Shadowfax provides biometric device capabilities linked to Aadhar, along with image and location capture, as well as seamless form filling features.

• QC-based Delivery — Shadowfax can pick products directly from manufacturers and perform basic quality checks related to damages, usage and packaging before delivering to customers.
