I lead the Operations Strategy team at Shadowfax. I am an alumni of India School
of Business and joined Shadowfax after spending 6 years in Management Consulting.
Two things which I particularly liked about my previous job were the variety in the
projects and the pace at which things moved. I am happy that I got a similar experience
at Shadowfax as well. As we grow and mature, there are lot many interesting problems
to work on and the decisions and actions are taken at phenomenally quick speed.
Add to that a collaborative work culture – I joined the firm during Covid lockdown but
never faced any challenge in assimilating in the firm. Overall, a great journey till now.
